Arrive in Tanzania
You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transferred to the Panama Garden Resort bed and breakfast in Moshi town; you will meet your guide who will brief you on your upcoming trek and do an equipment check to make sure you have all the necessary mountain gear. The missing gear can be rented on this day.

Kilimanjaro Day Hike
Your journey begins with an early morning drive from Moshi to Marangu Gate, taking about an hour. After registration, you’ll start your Kilimanjaro day hike through the lush rainforest, encountering climbers descending from the summit. At Mandara Huts, enjoy lunch and take a short walk to Maundi Crater for breathtaking views of Taveta and Mawenzi Peak. After capturing stunning photos, descend back to Marangu Gate, where a vehicle will transfer you to Moshi for an overnight stay at Panama Garden Resort.

You’ll depart from Moshi early in the morning for Marangu Gate, a one-hour drive. After gate registration, you'll start your Kilimanjaro Day Hike, trekking through the rainforest to Mandara Huts. Enjoy a lunch break and a short walk to Maundi Crater, where you’ll be treated to stunning views of Taveta and Mawenzi Peak. After taking photos, you’ll descend back to Marangu Gate, where a vehicle will transfer you to Panama Garden Resort in Moshi for an overnight stay.

Moshi – Maasai Village
In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi. Afterward, you will undertake approximately two and a half hours of sceneries along the slopes of West Kilimanjaro up to the Maasai land near Tingatinga. After arriving at „Maasai Village a group of pleasant Maasai and the Village Chief welcomes you with a chilled welcome drink. During a walk through the village, your personal Maasai guide is explaining the life, past, and today’s life of the Tanzania Maasai. Get more information about the culinary culture of the Maasai while tasting a traditional tea (chai) prepared on a wood fire. A tasty lunch with a variety of local food highlights will end the activities inside the village. In the afternoon we will drive you to Arusha where you will overnight .

Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You will depart from Arusha in the morning and drive to the Tarangire National Park where you will discover the true enormity of the deserted termite mounds and ancient baobab trees. The colossal herds of African elephants dominate the golden savannah and screeching flocks of the striking yellow collared lovebird can be heard from miles away. The wildlife that roams the scenic landscape of the Tarangire includes lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetah, mongoose, buffaloes, and baboons. You will spend your first night at the comprehensive camping facilities on offer. There will be a tantalizing dinner served in the evening.

Lake Manyara / Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
We will leave Mto wa Mbu / Lake Manyara early morning and drive to Serengeti National Park. We will travel to Serengeti on a road near the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, allowing for animal sightings along the way. The golden savannah and endless plains, teeming with zebras, wildebeest and giraffes make it easy to understand why the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. On this day, we will enjoy a picnic lunch on Naabai kopje (a small, rocky hill in a generally flat area), where you will have the opportunity to view Serengeti’s famous pink-headed lizards. After lunch, we will proceed further into the plains for a leisurely game drive. You will spend the night at the Central Serengeti.

Central to North Serengeti National Park (Kogatende) River crossing
After breakfast, we'll start our game drive to the Kogatende area, searching around the kopjes looking for carnivores and the large migration groups that will be preparing to cross the Mara River into Kenya. Home to large numbers of hippos and Nile crocodiles, the Mara River is the last major obstacle standing between the Wildebeest Migration and the relative safety of the Maasai Mara. If you're patient and a little lucky, you may even get to witness the death-defying crossing itself where wildebeest and zebras brave the river's currents and crocodiles in an attempt to reach safety.

Full Day Game Drive Safari in North Serengeti National Park (Kogatende)
After breakfast you will proceed to continue our game drive in Kogatende and Bologonja Area with much focus on the Great Wildebeests Migration. Enjoy picnic lunch under the Acacia Tree with a spectacular view of Great Wildebeests Migration and the Mountain ranges of the Maasai Mara. If we are lucky, we might see the Crossing of the Great Wildebeests Migration passing through the Mara River to Maasai Mara an event one should never miss to see. Later in the afternoon, we will drive back to lodge for a nice dinner and a decent overnight.

North Serengeti National Park (Kogatende) - Serengeti National Park (Central)
We'll start our day immediately after breakfast, driving through the plains of Togoro and the Mbuzi Mawe kopjes on our way to cross the Banagi River into the Seronera region of the Central Serengeti. Along the way, you'll spot everything from the enigmatic dik-diks to towering elephants, and everything in between. The Seronera is often known as 'big cat country', and its kopjes and acacias provide an excellent opportunity to spot prides of lazy lions, sleek cheetahs out on the hunt, and leopards overseeing everything from their lofty perches. The region's hippo pools and wide-open spaces provide ample opportunities for game viewing.

Central Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, we get right on the road back towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Our drive takes us back through the Serengeti via a different route, offering plenty of opportunities to spot the animals that eluded you on day two. As far as the eye can see, you’ll spot thousands upon thousands of animals in herds; wildebeests and zebras migrating together, tall and graceful giraffes, jumping antelopes and gazelles, the powerful African elephant and the most respected group of animals: the predators. You will have the chance to spot lean cheetahs and shy leopards, foraging hyenas, and last but not least, the king himself; the lion. Dinner and overnight on the rim of the Ngorongoro.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast, we head to Ngorongoro Crater, the perfect time for wildlife sightings. Enjoy a game drive and a picnic lunch by a small lake, home to hippos and migratory birds. With its unique animal-filled oasis, the crater offers a great chance to see the Big 5: lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, and buffalo. The crater, formed over 2 million years ago, also hosts zebras, wildebeests, flamingos, and various bird species. After an exciting afternoon, we return to Arusha for an overnight stay.

Gorilla Tracking Tour in Volcanoes National Park
Gorilla tracking in Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda, is a highlight for many visitors. After a briefing at the park, you’ll be assigned a group of no more than eight tourists to track a family of habituated gorillas. Expect a moderately rugged trek, taking 1 to 3 hours on average, with stops for rests and learning about the forest and its wildlife. Golden Monkeys Trekking, Transfer to Lake Kivu
This day is set out for Golden Monkey tracking in the Volcanoes National Park. Entering dense stands of bamboo interspersed with open glades; you will make your way deep into golden monkey territory. Guides lead visitors to the habitat of groups of „habituated? golden monkeys – monkeys that have become accustomed to human presence. Though viewing is kept to a maximum of one hour, travelers can get an up-close look at the golden monkey in its natural habitat. Adult monkeys frolic in plain view, feeding on bamboo leaves and leaping from perch to perch. Females carry their young, completely comfortable among onlookers.
