Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Depart from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Marvel at termite mounds and ancient baobabs while enjoying diverse birdlife. After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your scheduled flight to Dar es Salaam. Enjoy aerial views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the vast landscapes below. Upon arrival in Dar, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free to relax or explore the bustling city at leisure. Flight from Dar es Salaam to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

Drive to Dar es Salaam Airport and take flight to Victoria Falls Airport (flight not included). Cross border to Livingstone and enjoy a 3-hour walk in Mosi-oa-Tunya Park led by a professional guide. Spot white rhino, buffalo, hippos, impalas, and warthogs, while learning about local flora and medicinal plants.

This section of the park is best known for its dense concentration of wildlife, including elephant and hippo populations, but the waters attract all manner of game including large herds of buffalo and the lions that prey on them - a visit to the Chobe River Front guarantees close encounters with an array of African wildlife. This Area of Chobe National Park is generally recognised to be the area west of Kasane and covers a vast area of Chobe Riverfront. Due to exclusive use of Private Campsites, we are almost guaranteed privacy and silence, as these Campsites are situated well to the west of the various lodges. Numbers in campsites are strictly limited. In keeping with other Exclusive Mobile Sites, they are unfenced and all equipment in brought in. This offers the traveller a truly unique experience that is very close to the Wilderness!

Chobe National Park to Livingstone

On return from Chobe in Bostwana, you will have a change to freshen up and relax in the spacious hotel grounds at your hotel. After lunch, take a drive into the main town of Livingstone for a historical Tour that offers some insights into the cities and the countries cultural aspects. The Tour goes to the Historical stops of the city, the Local market, the Craft Market, a local art homestead if time allows and the Museum. It’s a day to experience the town as a local.

Guided tour of the Falls

Take a guided tour of the breathtaking Victoria Falls, exploring both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides for spectacular views of the cascades and mist-filled gorges. Learn about the history and culture of this natural wonder while enjoying incredible photo opportunities. Conclude your adventure with a delicious lunch at the famous Lookout Café, perched above the Zambezi River.

Flight from Livingstone to South Africa (Johannesburg)

Departing from Johannesburg early in the morning we drive along a scenic route to the Kruger National Park. Near the entrance gate we transfer to a specially designed open safari vehicle. Game viewing begins as soon as we enter the gates, and we look for giraffe, zebra and various antelope species on our way to the camp, where we arrive by sunset. Dinner will either be prepared by your guide or our dedicated chef, or may be enjoyed in the camp restaurant. Fall asleep to the sound of hippos snorting, hyenas calling or lions roaring in the distance.

Full Day Kruger National Park

We rise before the sun and embark on a morning game drive in the Kruger National Park in search of animals. While looking for wildlife we visit waterholes, lookout points and beautiful picnic spots, stopping at regular intervals so you can stretch your legs. We may return to camp for breakfast, but the program is flexible. On some winter mornings, we might have breakfast before departing on our morning game drive. At other times, we may enjoy breakfast along the way, at a picnic site in the bush, before returning to our camp around lunchtime. In the afternoon we head out on another game drive and return to the camp at sunset for dinner. Dinner will usually be prepared by your guide or by our dedicated chef, and may take the form of a traditional South African braai (barbecue), weather permitting. Alternatively, we may enjoy dinner in the camp\'s restaurant.

Kruger National Park

 Our time is spent game viewing. The best times to do this is in the early morning and late afternoon, when the sun is not too hot and the animals are more active. Our schedule is flexible and we do not have strict limits to the duration of game drives. Sometimes, we may even stay out all day to see more of the park, if our guests are keen for such a long drive.

Optional Extra: Panorama Route with extra cost

As an optional extra activity, it is possible to book a day tour of the scenic Panorama Route on this day, instead of morning and afternoon game drives. If you book this option, our representative will collect you from Skukuza camp in the morning, take you to see the highlights of the Panorama Route with its breathtaking view points and waterfalls, and return you back to camp at the end of the day. Lunch is for your own account. Should you wish to do this, it needs to be booked in advance.

Kruger National Park and Departure

This morning we head out on a final early morning game drive. If we are lucky we may see wild dogs or another rare animal that we have not seen before. After breakfast, it is time to pack up and start heading back toward the gate, where we swop over to our air-conditioned minibus for the drive back to Johannesburg. We normally arrive back in Johannesburg between 5 - 6 pm, depending on the traffic. We can also drop you in Nelspruit on request. If you are continuing to another destination, such as a safari lodge in one of the adjacent private game reserves, this can be arranged and you will be collected at the gate. If you have an onward flight that same evening, please inform us so we can keep that in mind. Please do not book an international flight departing before 9pm in the evening on your last day.
