4 Days Private Mid-Range Safari in Tanzania from Zanzibar

After breakfast at your lodge in Arusha, you will begin your exciting safari journey with a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, where you'll have the chance to spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various bird species. Tarangire is also famous for its diverse landscapes, ranging from acacia woodlands to open savannas. After the game drive, you'll head to your mid-range lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we leave Lake Manyara / Mto wa Mbu behind and set off toward Serengeti National Park, taking in the breathtaking scenery along the way. Upon entering the Serengeti, we embark on an exciting game drive across its vast plains, where we may encounter cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. The park’s expansive savannahs offer prime wildlife viewing, with predators like lions and leopards often seen on the hunt. As the evening approaches, we arrive at our mid-range tented camp, nestled in the heart of the Serengeti, where we enjoy a delicious dinner.

We begin the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, the perfect time to witness predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards in action as they hunt. The park’s breathtaking landscapes and rich wildlife make for an unforgettable safari experience. After breakfast at the camp, we embark on a final game drive, spotting more wildlife as we leave the Serengeti and toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the journey, we traverse the Serengeti plains, admiring the stunning scenery and diverse animal life. By late afternoon, we arrive at our mid-range lodge near Ngorongoro Crater, relaxing, enjoying a delicious dinner, and preparing for the next day’s crater adventure.

On the final day of your safari, you'll begin with an early morning descent into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive. The crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site, offers a unique opportunity to see a wide variety of wildlife in one of the most stunning settings on Earth. You may spot the Big Five, including rhinos, lions, elephants, and buffalo, along with numerous bird species. After a fulfilling game drive, you’ll ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha, where your safari journey concludes. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel.
