Your luxury group safari begins with an early morning departure from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha (the transfer cost is not included), and then heading to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Upon arrival, embark on an exciting game drive, where you’ll have the chance to encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, and buffaloes roaming the golden savannah. Tarangire is also a birdwatcher’s paradise, home to over 500 bird species. A delicious picnic lunch will be served in the heart of the wilderness, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the park. Mto wa Mbu to Lake Manyara National Park, back to Arusha
On the final day of our tour (we know—you’ll wish it lasted longer too!), we head to the stunning Lake Manyara National Park. After an early breakfast, we set out for a morning game drive, giving us the best chance to spot the famous “Big Five.” Nestled at the foot of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara offers breathtaking and diverse scenery, from golden savannah and lush shrubbery to winding rivers teeming with life. We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the park’s beauty before continuing our exploration. The shimmering Soda Lake and vast savannah support an incredible ecosystem, home to countless animals and over 400 bird species, making it a true haven for bird lovers. Highlights include the park’s renowned tree-climbing lions, alongside elephants, buffalo, giraffes, impalas, and hippos. In the late afternoon, we bid farewell to Manyara and journey back to Arusha.
