3 Days Private Mid-Range Safari in Tanzania from Zanzibar

Your private safari adventure begins with a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, Tarangire is the perfect introduction to your safari. Enjoy a private full-day game drive, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and various antelope species. The Tarangire River, the park’s lifeline, attracts numerous animals, offering incredible wildlife sightings. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park, allowing you to dine amid nature. After an early breakfast, we depart for the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with one of the most wildlife-rich areas in Africa. Descending 600 meters into the crater, you’ll experience a private full-day game drive in this natural wonder, home to lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the rare black rhino. The crater’s diverse ecosystem supports large hippo pools, pink flamingo-lined soda lakes, and vast grasslands teeming with wildebeest, zebras, and hyenas. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Hippo Pool, surrounded by stunning landscapes. In the afternoon, we ascend the crater rim and drive to a mid-range lodge near Lake Manyara / Mto wa Mbu for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

After breakfast, we drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem known for its tree-climbing lions, large populations of flamingos, and diverse ecosystems ranging from lush groundwater forests to open savannah. Enjoy a private morning game drive, spotting elephants, giraffes, zebras, and the park’s famous birdlife along the alkaline lake. A picnic lunch is served inside the park, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking surroundings.
